Does anybody know simple application to cut sl2 files?
All what I need is to extract from original .sl2 log small part from time1 to time2 and save it as .sl2.

Use the simultator on your HDS unit. Load the SL2 into it, replay and save.

I don't know of any other way of doing it. Just curious as to why you need to do it?

I am wondering, it seems that sl2cut is 16Bit so it wont work under 64Bit Windows.
Also tested within Dosbox, but it wont work, right?
Did someone know a other EMU to run it under 64Bit Windows?

Binary for Windows compiled as Win32 console using Windows XP platform, and tested under Win XP 32-bit, Win 7 64-bit and Win10 64-bit. It created in Visual Studio 2015, maybe you need to download and install latest VS Runtime:
