Has anyone had any success in running the emulators in the link below?

I'm getting an "elite-7.exe has stopped working" message on both HDI 5 and 7. I previously had the elite 5 emulator from the lowrance website and that worked with no issues.

Any ideas or help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
