Been working on mapping out a very dangerous reservoir in the Adirondack mountains of New York State. Rock shoals and stumps everywhere, water height changes approximately 15 feet in a given year, and little to no cellular service to call for help. Approximately 10 miles long, and a mile wide at its widest section. Fortunately there is a USGS depth gauge on the reservoir with 15 minute data points. I was able to download the data from the their site, and create custom normalized tidal files, that adjusted every data collection to 1680 feet MSL, the top of the range of pool height. Data collection will continue next year to try and complete the job. Thought you would enjoy in the meantime.
