Teach rifmaster possible to read and process the data as a log and in real time?

A litle historylesson: This "new sonar" is in fact 13 years old and was first developed by Intherphase (now owned by Garmin) and Airmar.

I agree it would be fantastic if we could somehow use this data - which apparently is also corrected using on board attitude and heading sensors. I don't know what the chances are, though - Garmin are not the most cooperative company, and we don't even know at this stage if this data can be logged, or how complicated the format might be. We will look into it for sure.
