i don't know if it's possible to get an export in ozi explorer format
in jpeg chart and . map extension ? (like drdepht do before)
i get way to convert easly this format to .Kap...

as an option to use a great software GlobalMapper
KMZ + Vector> GlobalMapper = BSB (kap), GeoTIFF, ECW, etc.
