Add heading offset in the equipment profile.
This would make life much easier since you only need a patch test in your survey and then adjust the offset until the objects match in the post processing.
You pass a distinct object in one direction, pass it again in the opposite direction and adjust offset until they match.
Signal processing delays is also a factor but with position and heading at 10Hz and 2 m/s surveying speed this will not be a major factor.

Using magnetic compasses with GNSS antennas for true heading is not the best option!
It's better to use a satellite compass, which has minimal heading deviation.
Consider the Unicore UM982 dual-antenna module; you'll get floating RTK with centimeter accuracy, a heading deviation of 0.05 degrees, and the nmea stream can be routed to N2K.
