The author of IMC recently released a new beta version where the export from SL2/3 was fixed
screenshots show the difference

ReefMaster retains the same export method as before
In the new export method, we see that the measurement is one line.

Is there any way to investigate this and refine it?

Can you send me this file? I will take a look, but it looks as if they might finally be storing positions with better than 1m resolution, which would be very useful.
