At export to my fishing unit the previous runs are included as I can see where I've been before.
However I never use mapview during fishing but bring a printout from the latest png export.

Is there a possibility to include the lines from previous runs even to the png export?

At the moment this isn't possible from within RM. What you could do is add all of your project tracks to a User Map, and then export this map in Google Earth (KML) format, which will give you a Google Earth map with lines (you can edit the width and colour of these within the user map). You can then open this KML file in Google Earth and export an image from there.
