After all the rain the lake is up 2' from all the previous tracks that I used to make my map. When I add a track that is 2 ft. higher than all the other tracks, how is the best way to add the new track and make sure it is being added less the 2 ft.

Open up the track edit window for your new track and open the Edit panel on the right. Underneath the Track Properties header is a slider called "Water Level". Move this up or down to adjust the level of the track. Positive levels increase the depths of the track, and negative values decrease the values. If the water is higher than your standard level, then you want to use a negative value (i.e. you want values recorded in the track to be reduced for use in your map).

Matt, what happened to the feature you were looking at that could adjust the water level (all tracks) when creating a map? reefmaster.com.au/index.php/forum/suppor...changing-lake-levels

So if I have this correct,I import the track into reefmaster. Then I Rt. click on that track and select add to map. After that I would double click on that track and when it loads I then edit the water level as described above and regenerate the map.

Yes, that will do it. I would probably edit the track before adding it to the project, to save generating twice.

Thank-you Matt. I know you are spending a lot of time with me but once you get me trained may be I will be of some help to others.

This is good to know for importing new tracks. I can't wait for something so we can adjust all of our miles of existing tracks to changing water levels up or down! When that happens, this software will be the greatest on the planet.
