I have used QGIS to create a kml file with polygons I want to use as a sonar log collection path.
I got an error when I attempted to load it into a user map. What do you think?

I have tried to attach the kml file here.

I have just added a zipped shp folder that I have not been able to import.

Hi Craig,
What error did you get? Are you importing as custom polygons or custom paths?
I didn't get an error when I added them as custom polygons:

Very good, just what I wanted. I'll try again tonight when I have a chance.

Just operator fumbling I guess.

My ideas is that I can watch the paths on these polygons as I am logging sonar.

Hmm.. could be an issue with your .NET install. Could you try an install/repair of .NET 4.5 from this Microsoft page and let me know if it resolves the problem?

The .NET 4.5 installed fixed it. Thanks.
