You've got something strange going on with your boundaries there. What is the configuration of those islands? Are they all configured as islands? Is there a shoreline present at all?

Here is another one, different project, but the same error.

These projects does not have a shoreline, as they are from the midle of the lake. All islands are closed, and everything was fine before updating to 1.5. Sorry Matt, but we have a problem. ;)

OK - I'll see if I can reproduce it here.
Just out of interest - try putting a shoreline around one of these projects. Just make a new boundary, and draw 4 points to make a rectangle that encompasses the whole project. Then regenerate.

As you can se the error is still there, and when I erased the boarder it was back to the first image, same weird mix of project and user map.

btw: I see from a swedish fishing-forum that others have the same problem.

OK - we found the problem. Clipping issue with islands that leave more than one separate "water body" area.
We are going to get a release up later tonight, which fixes this problem. along with a couple of other small issues.
