My track shows up in global view and I define the region and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to reinstall Reefmaster Pro?

Reinstalling is almost never going to fix an issue like this.
Better if you can to post an image of your map set up and the results you see (if any). I assume that you have added the track to a new project, and that you can see the track in the define map view? Does the track look OK? Does it have colours that indicate a range of depth? One possibility is that interpolation is set too low so that track parts are not being joined into a map - if you post an image it will be easier to give an answer.

The problem is with that particular track. I deleted it.
