I can't find the link to download lowrance sonar viewer for my reefmaster program. It no longer on the lowrance site. Help

If you are talking about the Slg2txt application that comes with the sonar viewer, you don't need it. This was mostly used in the early days, when we couldn't read the Lowrance formats directly.
If you are talking about the Insight Map Creator (IMC), then it is available on the Navico Insight Store - look under the Insight Planner tab.

So all I need is the tide link and the insight planner file to get started?

To make maps for Lowrance, you need the Insight Map Creator, but you can start making maps before you have it - you just need that for the final step (exporting the map).

Hi,
Please open up your default equipment profile and ensure that the option Use slg2txt.exe is unchecked. This feature is only required for some (very) old slg files that RM is unable to import natively. Once you have unchecked this option, try to reimport your files again and let me know if the problem is resolved.

To edit your equipment profile, first open up Global Settings by clicking the circled button on the main toolbar. Move to the Import/Export tab and click the edit button (circled) next to default equipment. Click the edit button for the required profile (you likely only have one) and then uncheck the Use slg2txt.exe option.
