All of a sudden my track list has changed to this, with the dates and times not showing, any ideas how i can get it back to the original setting?

The time-column is there, you just need to expand it. I can see the 201 of the 2014-mm-dd displayed.
Just drag the name-column & the time-column out wider.

I tried that it does'nt work i can grab the box and make that wider but it does'nt change the track list when i try grabbing the text and dragging it it does'nt change either

You need to put the mouse over the dividers in the column headers, and drag the column widths with the left mouse button.
It's a bit of a pain, and we'll fix it soon. Basically the columns size to the original width of the dashboard panel - and if this is closed on start-up, then they are sized accordingly (to their minimums). This is why you don't see this problem if the dashboard is pinned open when RM starts.
