It's not actually possible to change the name of a workspace from within ReefMaster, but if you really want to do it, you can just change the name of the database file, making sure that you retain the .rmdb extension. You would need to do this when the workspace is not open in ReefMaster. When restarting RM the renamed workspace won't be shown in the recent workspace list, so you will need to click the "browse" button and find it on disk (after which it will be populated into the recent workspace list for the next RM restart).
All in all, it's probably not worth doing unless you have a compelling reason.
