Is there any option to create polygons on the map by coordinates and not by drawing ?

You can create points with the mouse and then edit them individually. Tedious for any polygon with a lot of points, but possible. Otherwise it is probably best to import them as GPX or shapefile from another application.

I created a tracks for each group and convert the GPX to KML and import it to my project
