Hi,
Im running HDS Live 7 and 3 in 1 sonar on my boat.
My issue is that on my plotter i have clear sidescan showing rock and bouy anchors and after import to RM and creating SS mosaic quality lower to much.
Even individual scans/tracks lost most of clarity and quality.
Used my sonar at 800khz and mostly depth up to 4 meters.

Waiting for any ideas :)

Thanks
Mihkel

How is the quality in the sonar viewer?
A couple of things to bear in mind with mosaic quality. The first is that mosaics are shown at a lower resolution in the map view due to the very large amount of data that can be involved, especially when combining multiple tracks into a single mosaic. When mosaics are exported, they are rendered at full quality. Another consideration is how much the sidescan image has been stretched when slant-range correction is applied. If you want to post a screen shot of your images I may be able to advise further.

Hello Matt,
You've mentioned slant-range correction - does RM apply it by default or is it available as an option in configuration? Just thought that I could miss something important in new version.. :)
