I'm exporting side-scan sonar mosaics. I would like to disable the feature where the edges of each sonar track are blurred out. Is this possible?

Thank you

What version of ReefMaster are you using?

Which format are you exporting in, and do you know if you have hardware graphics acceleration enabled or not? (check in global settings to see if the option is greyed out).

I'm exporting to both MBTiles and KML Super-overlay.The edges are blurred in both cases. Yes, the hardware graphics acceleration is enabled.

OK. We used to have a "fade edges" function in RMv1 that was used to blend overlapping sidescsan swathes. This doesn't exist in v2 (and could be disabled in v1), so what I think you are seeing is lower resolution versions of the exported image underneath a higher resolution version, which can happen depending on which program you are using to view the MBTiles file. In RM we no longer show lower resolution/larger area layers beneath higher resolution areas because of this issue. You will also see this issue in GE when viewing superoverlay files.
If you can post a screen shot of what you are seeing and also in which program you are seeing it I may be able to help further.

I attached the view of the blurriness of the MBTiles file as seen in ReefMaster itself and a screen shot of the KML Overlay in Google Earth.

I'm also having issues with the exported file changing the order in which the tracks are displayed. Or sometimes, when I close Reef Master, the next time I open that file, the order of the tracks in the Side scan mosaic will be all mixed up. I attached an example. The MBTiles image is the one I exported on Friday (7/12). There is a section of sonar that I moved to the top (Circled in blue) because it showed better detail in a depression in the riverbed. The MBTiles exported this correctly. But, today (7/15), when I opened the ReefMaster file, the sidescan sonar mosaic has reverted to have this same section of sonar on the bottom instead of the top like it was on Friday. I thought maybe I could change the display setting of the mosaic, but I'm unable to change it from closest signal. I'm a biology Master's student, and I use these mosaics to quantify the amount of woody debris in rivers. So I spend a lot of time formatting the mosaics so that the best image is on top, and it's discouraging when all that gets changed whenever I export the mosaic or close the program. Do you know why this would be happening or know a way to fix this issue?

Thank you so much for the help!

The edges definitely look blurred in ReefMaster, which is odd. I can't reproduce this effect with my own test files, and I can't think of a reason why it is happening. Even the superoverlay image looks too blurred to just be a lower resolution image behind the top image.
Would it be possible to share the workspace file and the tracks that are required for the mosaic? (zip everything and use a file share service such as WeTransfer). I can take a look and try to export in the same way that you are and hopefully reproduce the issue here. I will also look into the ordering issue.
