We are aware of an issue where the new ReefMaster release can crash on startup. This sometimes - but not always - happens if ReefMaster is being run from an account that does not have administrator privileges.

If you do experience this, the workaround for the moment is to run ReefMaster by right-clicking on the application in the start-menu (or on the tile, in Windows 8), and choose "Run as administrator".
