RM 2.0.40.0

I'm composing a sidescan mosaic (MacBook Pro runing Win7 with no HW acceleration).
The Sidescan segments in the EDIT window are reversed: the top most item behaves like it is on the bottom layer. I was expeting that the if in item goes down in the list it is also going to lie dow under al the other segments.

Why this is reversed?

Could it be possible to make RM automaticaly scroll and highlight the selected mosaic segment in the EDIT window (when it is opened)? I think that his will speed up the workflow when dealing with a lot of segments.

And please, could the highlight color of the list be turned to something more contrasted (light blue for istance) insead of the grey?
