Just wondering if it is possible to conduct cross-line comparison (i.e. check a surface created with main lines against cross lines) with Reefmaster? I know this is something that can be done on HyPack...

No function as such, but if you have the crossing data then you can inspect the crosses manually in the tracks and boundaries view of a map project. Using the track-point depth range sliders can help to accentuate colour differences over small depth ranges.
