Recently installed my Reefmaster 2.0 license on two computers, a desktop and laptop both running Windows 10, currently experiencing issues loading tide stations when trying to import with WXTide on the desktop but working fine on laptop. Followed proper installation of WXTide32 on both computers and tried changing the capabilities of WXTide32 to run as Windows 7 on the desktop but this did not resolve anything. Any recommendations to fix this problem?

Does WXTide work OK outside of ReefMaster?

Yes it's working fine independently of ReefMaster

Do you have anti-virus software that is checking files in real time? When RM imports data from WXTide, it first exports that data from WXTide to a text file, which is then read. It is possible that this file is locked briefly by a virus checker after it has been created, and RM is unable to open it. If you do have something like this running, try disabling it temporarily whilst importing tide data to see if the problem is resolved. Once the data is in RM the text file is no longer required.
