I deleted a number of bad trackpoints.
But when generating the map, they remain visible in the isobaths.

Yes indeed Matt.
After deleting the bad trackpoints, I had closed Reefmaster.
Had it restarted and generated again all layers.

Maybe it is best to delete the tracks from the project and reimport them again.
Then delete all bad trackpoints and generate again all layers.

Danny, that sounds extremely strange. If you can't see the points in your project tracks window, then they aren't there and shouldn't be used in the map. Can you send the workspace please?
