When RM can add geotiff to backgroun overlay , without calibrate jpg. or add a google earth maps instead osm

It's coming later this year as part of the RM2 release cycle. In the mean time, there are a number of tools about that will let you convert GeoTiffs to MBTiles, which you can load directly into ReefMaster for use as a background image.
