Is it possible to get my own watermark behind the generated maps without the use of Photoshop?

Watermark in your map, exported as picture or exportet as at5 mapfile?

For use on a map in at5 format you simple could create a waypoint with a description as you wish.

For use on a picture it also should be possible, but the best way would be a graphic program like Gimp.

I was going to ask the same question.
The Trial version does this by default with a "ReefMaster" watermark.
Maybe for the purchased version they could be a "add water mark" option using the existing code, but allowing you to enter your own text to use as the watermark?

I like it to.
Today I use Paint for two things, colour in land and adding my own logo. If both could be done directly in RM it would save me some time.

We discuss about watermark in raster or also in vector (AT5) files? Both is not the same!
Team Colibri - please can you show a screenshot.

I belive we are now talking about PNG-JPEG etc. I don't have an example at hand. It is farly easy to do with KMZ/ KML as well, but GE on Android dosen't like it.

For marking at5, I agree that using a POI with the desired name fulfils its purpouse.

We have a simular discussion here: www.tacklefever.de/index.php?topic=4409.msg44310#msg44310
The problem is not new. It is at root the "copy protection discussion".
Vector give more and better solutions for a "watermark".

I ask for a raster sample to see, how you solve the zooming problem with raster "watermarks."

I prefer a "atlas description" stringfor raster AT5.

Not even a true watermark, just printed on the image with Paint.

I cut out the letters of my operation name from the land polygons. You could also simply create polygons in a higher layer and overlay them. This solves the pixelation problem of course as I am working in vectors. I do this at regular intervals all across the land polygons. It works well with logos too.

Here it is in Insight Planner. The chart displayed is a direct export from GME to IMC.

Hello!
How can i add words like "AnglingCharts" to the map? Is there an introduction?

I have a copywrite saying on my map, but this was made with the "custom paths"- tool.
Accordingly it looks not so nice and professional.
