Trying to use free trial. Downloaded program then tried to load .sl2 file from my HDS Gen-3 9 in SD card. Windows pop up says it encountered a problem and is closing Reefmaster. They will let me know if they figure out what the problem is. I'm guessing I'll never get any word back from them.
Anyone know what's going on? I'd love to buy the paid version but not until I can get it to work.

Hi David,
At what point do you get the error message? Is it during "import GIS assets"? What is your Windows version and are you running 32 or 64 bit?

We can extend your trial if we don't manage to get it working before your current one expires.

I have similar problem, I am trying create 3D map in my WIN 10 x64. I can load *.sl2 file but if a want add this file to new project program is shutting down...

Please try opening the Global Settings window, unchecking the option "use hardware graphics acceleration.." and restarting RM. The latest update (released today) should do a slightly better job of disabling this automatically if it is not available .

At first I actualized RM and DirectX and than i disabled graphics acceleration...Now i have nothing problem with this SW and i can test it...
