ArcGIS do a cheap version for home use, or try GPSMapedit, a very useful tool. Or walk the shoreline and take a camera, which is an excellent way of calibrating your shoreline as a lot of free imagery is well out of whack, (more than the probable errors of a decent GPS).

Thank you all for the responses and help. I walked the shoreline with a GPS strapped to my forehead and was able to do it that way ;) j/k

If you want an exact shoreline, install Google Earth, zoom in to a high resolution and draw your shoreline with the 'path-tool'.

The exported path in *.kml you can use without any further work as your shoreline with Reefmaster.
