A new update is available - please update by using the Check for Updates button on the ReefMaster start window.
This update fixes a number of small issues, and updating is recommended.

Changes

• Hardness values now exported as part of the track CSV export format - E1, E2 and PeakSV layers are included after the depth value. -1 is written if there is no value for that layer.
• Waypoints can now be exported to CSV.
• Added support for Lowrance GPX tracks with depth.
• Fixed crash when displaying certain tracks with sidescan data recorded with a low range.
• Fixed issue that could cause a crash wehn exporting user maps with multiple identical shorelines.
• Fixed issue where the wrong verssion of the SQLite.interop.dll could be loaded if present elsewhere on the system path.
• Fixed memory leak for track edit window.

The GPX-part is great news, at least for me. :) Thanks for the fast response Matt, great support as always.

Hello Mett. When can we expect the ability to save a bitmap substrate? Many are waiting for this feature.

Every time I open RM and try to create a new work space I receive the following message:





Also when I try to create a new project I get this error messagens, and after closing them the program crashes and close:






I have already uninstalled RM and ran CCleaner to try fixing, but there was no result. The programs is just not working. Could you help me please.

Hi Augusto,

I have seen this error before and the latest maintenance release was supposed to prevent this from happening.
The issue is that there is an older version of the sqlite.interop.dll somewhere on your system path, and this is being loaded instead of the version that ships with ReefMaster.

Could you please try the following:

1. Run a command prompt by opening the task manager, clicking the File/Run new task menu option and typing "cmd" followed by enter. At the command prompt type "where sqlite.interop.dll" and please report the result. It would also be useful if you could locate the file that is reported, and right click on it to show the version, which is shown under the "details" tab.

2. There is a workaround that should resolve the problem in the short-term (until we can resolve it properly):

Go to the ReefMaster installation directory, which by default is C:\Program Files (x86)\ReefMaster Software\ReefMaster

Inside this directory is a directory called x64, and inside this directory is the correct, 64 bit version of sqlite.interop.dll. Copy this file and paste it into the C:\Program Files (x86)\ReefMaster Software\ReefMaster directory (i.e. put this dll into the same directory as the ReefMaster.exe executable). You will probably confirm administrator rights to do so - just click continue.

Restart ReefMaster and confirm that it works correctly.

Can you also confirm that you are running the latest version of ReefMaster, v1.8.30?

Hi.
I figured out a way that worked. There was a file with the same name inside the windows recovery directory that I think it was causing some conflict, just changed its name and the program is working fine now.

There is a new maintenance release available, v1.8.31.

This release fixes an issue whereby some sl2 sonar logs were crashing when viewing sidescan, and also addresses an issue whereby and older version of the SQLite dll could be loaded on certain systems.

If you are not affected by either of these issues, then this is not an urgent update.
