This topic has nothing to do with SonarViewer...just the Sonar Processing Mode in IMC.
The limitation of what information may be extracted from the SL2 format is intentional through the Sonar Processing Mode in the IMC.

Agree. A splitter for SL2 files would be useful. I have started to break the sonar recordings up into smaller files but there are still times when it would be good to edit them.
