This is a large mud flat but the two sunken boats and some structure I have out really hold the fish. Just started and still learning but like what I see so far. The other is from a large cove that has a fall down and rock / stump mass in the center going in.

good stuff ! You may find that you can bring out even more detail by bringing the brightness down and playing with the contrast a little. I've found there is a lot of detail that can be lost, and fiddling around with the levels for each swath is really effective at revealing structure that would otherwise be missed.
