1. Contour intervals can be done Mayor min 0.25 meters? Need to lakes with shallow depths.
2. Not loaded into the Map Boundaries kml file created in SAS-Planet. Can I fix it?

The minimum contour interval is 0.5m majors with 0.125m minors - not recommended for most projects but it is possible. 1m/0.25m is also possible.

You can try sending your kml file to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I can take a look, but if it doesn't load in Google Earth then I doubt there is much I can do to help.

edit: so the kml file doesn't load into RM? Make sure you have your boundary set up as a polygon in GE, and maybe try loading it in GE to see if it works there, and re-save in there and try loading into RM again.

The KML files you sent are image overlays, not polygons. You can import them into RM as images (new image, select the KML file not the JPG), but you can't use them as shorelines directly. You could either trace the shoreline in RM, or (better) trace the shoreline in Google Earth as a polygon, save as KML and import into RM.
