I just posted some amazing imagery created using my old HDS data and the latest Beta over on my BookFace page.



The application is still a bit glitchy, as all betas are, but the output is quite simply amazing. The best viewer software I've used to date. I'm astonished that this has been possible so quickly.

Nice images guys. Here's another; a couple of roads and a lot of tree stumps in a sunken town (flooded for a dam) in WA (thanks Lou!).
We hope to get these sonar viewer upgrades released within a month.

The light band running left to right near the top of the image is an abandoned RR grade (they pulled the tracks and ties). The diagonal band in the middle of the image is a road bed - note the bridge guard rail pilings where the road crosses the creek bed. This town was submerged in 1945.

Great image. I can't wait to make a mosaic of the whole town site.

Hi Jeff,
The beta version is currently in test, and will be released as an upgrade to all existing users (version 1.7). The shots you see here are just a few "teasers", but we hope to have the release available for everyone some time in early June.
