Are the contours exported in Google Earth (KML/KMZ) format? If so, then there is unfortunately no way we can configure how, if or where Google Earth decides to show depth labels. All we can do is assign a label to each contour object, and GE then controls the rendering. You will probably find that the values become visible if you zoom in. If you need an image file with visible depth labels, then you might be better off exporting from ReefMaster directly as an image file.
Shapefile objects themselves do not have any inherent label attributes. It is entirely up to the application that is using the Shapefile to determine which attribute , if any, should be used as a label. We export depth values as text in an attribute called VALUE, which can be configured for use as a label if required.
