Can somebody please help with regard to depth correction in the sonar viewer.

I recently updated the software on my Elite7 CHIRP which has a P66 transducer on my autonomous mapping craft, and all of a sudden I seem to be getting irregular bottom readings.

I now need to correct all this data but it is turning out to be nearly impossible on ReefMaster2.0.

SOLUTION - Just click and drag along the actual bottom line, the dots will automatically fall into place.

This is a normal problem which each user has. Matt plans to integrate a function to auto-correct the depthline. this function is called "edge detection".

By the way, if you want to adjust the depth points by hand it is better to use the downscan and not the normal view.

Thanks Heico,
I have never had too many problems with depth tracking data, but this new firmware on the Elite CHIRP seems to be a problem.
Good tip on DownScan, thank you
