I am enjoying using RM which I purchased recently, and my first project is in a tidal area with a range of up to 4m. The tidal predictions of the tide stations on wxtide which are closest to my survey area are not relevant as they differ significantly from the survey area. Is there any other source of tidal data that I can use?

It's a case of using the nearest tidal station in wxtide and applying secondary tidal corrections (which you might be able to get by looking online, or getting the info from any official almanac / tide tables for your port). You can then create a user defined port in wxtide using these corrections and, once set up, use this user defined port in reefmaster. Alternatively, if you can find a local datum 'stick' you can make your own tidal corrections by creating your own file and import /enter values in reef master. Have a chat with your local harbourmaster who might be able to help :-)
